After many late nights, we landed on the name Eighty Twenty the ideal beef-to-fat ratio for a perfectly juicy, handcrafted burger. That balance creates a patty that’s rich, flavorful, and exactly what a great burger should be.
We believe great burgers do more than satisfy hunger they spark connection. Whether it’s sharing a meal with friends or meeting someone new at the counter, every experience at Eighty Twenty is built on warmth, hospitality, and pride in our craft.
My uncle, Kelvin Talley, a passionate chef who truly loved his craft, inspired me to take that leap of faith. My wife Jenny and mother Lisa gave me their blessing and full support, which meant the world to me. From that point on, burgers became the mission; simple, honest, and full of flavor.
At Eighty Twenty, we believe a great burger doesn’t need to be complicated just made with care, quality, and respect for every guest.
